We are happy to take you to any pre-arranged viewings you have made to try horses and will also make further suggestions if necessary. If you require a second opinion on a horse you are trying we are always ready to ‘have a sit’ if you would like us to (not all agents are willing to get on!)... we will even go first if you’re nervous. We can also go and watch a horse compete, hunt or cross country school etc... we are accustomed to giving well informed feedback based on your requirements.
If you wish to make a sight-unseen purchase we are happy to go and try a horse for you. We can provide video and an accurate description of temperament, conformation, potential and suitability.
We can provide a preferred list of veterinarians and help you manage this process. We can also attend a vetting on your behalf - we do recommend having a representative at a vetting. Also, it’s wise to have second and third choice horses - sadly, not all vettings go to plan and sometimes it’s not always possible to move forward on a horse so a fallback is useful. We’re sure most purchasers will refer back to their own vet but we have an exceptional contact in the USA who is always on standby to review x-rays and offer a second opinion.
